As you have already completed your Diploma in computer Science. So, you are eligible to take CET entrance exam, through which you will be given a seat in computer Science engineering in second year directly. To excel in the entrance exam, you should solve all the previous year problems and also give some online tests. It will help you to improve your performance. Best of luck.

It is really a good idea to pursue BBA abroad as it will give you knowledge about the foreign market as you already know about Indian market a little you will be able to judge international market and know it's potentiality. And, for pursuing the same I would recommend you to go for western countries like USA and Canada and also Germany if it is in your convenience.
