Hi,
Selecting a college is purely and entirely your decision. It would be tough to state a college as the best as every college has it's own plus and minus points.
While selecting, you need to keep in mind the chief point that is to check the recognition whether the college is AICTE / UGC approved or not.
Other than this, you also need to check year of establishment, batch size, syllabus, faculty, fees, placements etc.
Be careful while selecting a college as merely getting a degree is not enough for this competitive world.

As far as my knowledge is concern every year each college has to renew their approval to continue their affiliation.
This renewal include the list of courses offered and number of seats approved for each course by the Institution.
In case the year you have admitted the affiliation is rejected then your degree is invalid. and one more thing you should note that the affiliation is for batch and is given while admission year.
