Hi, Yes, JIMS Rohini (Sector-03) and JIMS Rohini (Sector-05) both are different in term of courses offered there. JIMS Sec-03 offers all Bachelors as well as Vocational courses also Masters courses in some fields. JIMS Sec-05 is basically for Master's degree like PGDM and MCA. It also offers BBA & BCA. If you are looking for PGDM, then JIMS Sec-05 is the right place in terms of studies.

With 124/200 marks in NATA 2019, 91.8 percentile in JEE Mains Paper 2 2019 and 82.92% in class 12th, you have less chances of securing admission in Sir JJ College of Architecture, but definitely, you will secure admission in other good private colleges.
