Admission is possible, but you need to first check the admission eligibility of particular college for that programme. Generally, the eligibility for BBA is Pass in 12th with 50% or above according to the different colleges and Universities. Although you might have to appear for some kind of entrance tests as well.

If you are first year of engineering student than why you have doubt about in getting admission in 2nd year? Its very simple when you will passed your both semesters of first year than you will be get promoted automatically in 2nd year of your engineering course.
However if you wants transfer to MCOE in 2nd year, than first get confirmation from the MCOE regarding this. Because this is the case of transfer between the two different Universities. So first obtained the No objection certificate from the MCOE than apply for transfer in your parent University.

Yes, you are eligible for a lateral entry admission if the Diploma is done after class 12th. For the lateral entry admission, eligibility is somewhat equivalent to the requirement of the course. If you have done a Diploma after 10th, that means the eligibility is equivalent to 12th, and you get admission in first year only.

Hi,
Yes, you can do. The minimum eligibility for this course is a Bachelor's degree with 50% aggregate score. There are some institutes that may require the candidates to have an Honors undergraduate degree in Psychology or Psychology as a subject in Graduation for becoming eligible for this course. Good luck.
