It's totally based on how many students applied and how many attended counselling. May be you can get chemical or bio tech but wait till last counselling maybe you can get better branch than in 1st counselling.

Hi,
Must have scored a minimum of 50% marks and B.Com (pass) must have scored a minimum of 55% marks, to be eligible for admission in Delhi University. Candidates who have passed BBA must have score a minimum of 60% marks to become eligible for admission.

It's highly impossible you to get CSE seat based on your marks. Maybe you can try donation seat in vit or amrita. No payment seats in sastra.
