Students should prefer shared accomodation in the group of four. Dont waste food and cooking itself is more needed for Indian students as food in the restaurant is costly.

You can find many accomodation in the university itself or outside the university. There are many apartment and hostel near the univeristy which is available all the time. Living in the campus itself is much costlier other than outside the campus. I would suggest you to find the apartment and live in a group which reduces the expense. The monthly expense to live outside the campus is around INR 1.5 Lacs per month which is a nominal price.
