SPJIMR Delhi admission to various courses is based on merit and the scores of entrance exams. The accepted entrance exams are XAT, CAT, NMAT, and others. DU does not provide any part-time LLB. The Bar Council of India (BCI) does not recognize LLB courses that are offered through correspondence, online, open, or distance learning modes. The BCI believes that evening classes are not suitable for providing the necessary training and rigor to produce competent legal professionals.

BA LLB generally has higher competition for admissions as it is offered by top NLUs, private law colleges and prestigious central/state universities, with entrance exams such as AILET, CLAT, and SLAT, having low acceptance rates.

On the other hand, LLB (3 year course) is mainly available at all the top law universities, which makes the competition even more than BA LLB.

Rama University, Hapur offers BSc course to candidates in multiple specialisations. The eligibility criteria for this course requires candidates to pass Class 12 with a mimimum of 60% aggregate from any recognised board. They also hove to submit the marksheet and certificate for the same to apply for and confirm admission in the university.

SGTB Khalsa College accepts admission only on the basis of CUET UG and CUET PG. The college does not accept any other entrance exam scores. Admissions are completely based on the merit obtained in these entrance exams. However, UG and PG Diploma courses do not require an entrance exam for admission.
