Yes, you qualify. As you've completed your 12th in history and general BBA, you satisfy the minimum requirements of having a Bachelor's degree. You will have to sit for an entrance exam, such as CAT, CMAT, or MAT. For many Colleges, you do not have to be math or computer proficient, but to enter a program they may prefer it. Yes, candidates seeking admission to a M.Tech course of IIT Goa must eligibility and selection requirements. The institute offer admission based on performance in Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE). There is no other provision for selection.
