Eligibility for pursuing ME/M. Tech program in Civil :
Aspirants taking admission for pursuing ME/M. Tech program in Civil Structures are conducted on the basis of the score obtained through the entrance examinations conducted by the University. GATE score is valid only for the scholarship purposes.
Aspirants are only eligible to apply if they have been graduated with a minimum of 50% in B.Tech from any of the recognized universities.

If you mean full time MBA or PGDM program then please remember in order to pursue this program you need to be graduate in any field with atleast 50% marks in graduation, plus you need to take various management entrance test like CAT, MAT, XAT, SNAP, etc.
The selection process in B-schools generally consists of :
A. Past Academic record.
B. Scores in entrance tests.
C. Group Discussion.
D. Personal Interview.
E. Work experience.
Please note that each B-schools shortlists candidates for second stage of selection process which may be independent of each other.
The process may include
- Written Test.
- Group Discussions.
- Personal Interviews.
Performance in various management entrance tests is an important component in the admission process.
B-schools may use previous academic performance of the candidates, relevant work experience and other similar inputs in short listing and ranking of candidates at various stages of the admission process.
The processes, academic cut-offs and the weights allocated to the evaluation parameters may vary across B-schools.
As per your past academic record you are eligible to pursue MBA but after clearing any management entrance test.

If you wish to make your career in web designing then after completing you can also apply in various college with the help of lateral entry.
Once you have completed your diploma, you can try for Lateral entry by giving LEET exam. However, the eligibility may vary from institute to institute, as different institutes have different eligibility criteria.
