The eligibility criteria to seek direct admission for the BBA. LL.B. (Hons.) course at VIT School of Law Chennai is as follows:- A pass in Pre-University / Higher Secondary / 10+2 examination or equivalent from a recognised Central or State board with at least 60% aggregate marks in 12th grade.- No prescribed age limit.- The final examination of 10+2 system of Higher Secondary Examination conducted by the State Board or Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE, New Delhi) or The council for Indian School Certificate Examination (ISCE, New Delhi) or Intermediate or Two-year Pre-University Examination conducted by a recognised board/university or its equivalent examination.- NIOS Board and Open Schools recognised by JEE.- Students who have appeared for their Std.XII finals and awaiting results are also eligible to apply, subject to submission of passing certificate by the notified date.- A pass in any stream with a minimum overall aggregate of 60% in the qualifying Examination mentioned above.- In case, applicants belong to SC/ST community or hail from Jammu and Kashmir/ Ladakh and the North Eastern States of Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim and Tripura, 10% relaxation is provided (i.e., ) 50% minimum aggregate as per the condition, in the qualifying examination mentioned above.- Valid CLAT / LSAT Score is mandatory for admission.

To seek direct admission for the Master of Law (LL.M) course at Indian Law Institute, the eligibility criteria are:1. LL.B. Degree (with not less than 50% marks) from any University/Institution recognised by Bar Council of India to be eligible for enrolment as an advocate in India.2. A Law Degree from a foreign university with at least 50% marks in aggregate or equivalent grade as per Association of Indian University (AIU) Guidelines.The candidates appearing in the qualifying examinations are also eligible to apply but their admission will be subject to production of proof of having acquired minimum prescribed qualification, at the time of admission.

The eligibility criteria to seek direct admission for the M.Tech. in Computational Biology course at IIIT Delhi includes:1. A Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) from UGC/CSIR/NBHM/DST or a GATE score of at least 400.2. A master's degree in Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, or similar inter-disciplinary programs with a CGPA of at least 7.5 on a scale of 10 (or equivalent) or at least 70% marks at UG and PG levels.3. The eligibility criteria to seek direct admission for the M.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering course at IIT Kanpur is:- A bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or in any of the following branches for different streams of the department with marks/CPI not below 55% marks (or Cumulative Performance Index (CPI) of 5.5 on a 10-point scale) or the minimum pass marks (or CPI) whichever is greater.- A valid GATE score in ME or other eligible branches of engineering.- The GATE requirement is waived for the B.Tech. graduates from IITs with a minimum overall CPI of 6.5 and a minimum CPI of 8.0 in the last two semesters in B.Tech.- For Scheduled Castes/Scheduled Tribes, candidates with the required qualification are eligible to apply irrespective of the marks/CPI.
