5. Or Bachelor’s degree with participation in International competitions or secured 1st, 2nd or 3rd position in National/Inter-University competition in sports and games as recognized by respective federations/ AIU/ IOA/ SGFI/Govt. of India.
6. Or Graduation with 45% marks and at least three years of teaching experience (for deputed in-service candidates i.e. trained physical education teachers/coaches)

Note: The relaxation in the percentage of marks in the qualifying examination and the reservation of seats for SC/ST/OBC and other categories shall be as per the rules of the Central Government/State Government, whichever is applicable.

Admissions in B.P.Ed. and M.P.Ed. programmes will be based on the following criteria:

1. The Entrance Test will be of a single question paper of 2 hours duration containing 100 objective type questions. Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) will be based on the syllabus of Sports and Current Affairs.
2. Modified Physical Fitness Test (MPFT) as per Appendix 1. It is compulsory to qualify as per norms of MPFT.

The Overall Merit List will be prepared on the basis of Written Test. Modified Physical Fitness Test (MPFT) is compulsory to qualify for all candidates. If the candidate is absent/fail in MPFT, He/ She will be disqualified.

The admission criteria for Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) at Pillai College of Architecture includes:- The candidate should be an Indian National- Passed HSC or its equivalent with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with either Chemistry or Biology or Technical Vocational subject or Computer Science or Information Technology or Informatics Practices or Engineering Graphics or Business Studies with at least 45% marks in aggregate- OR Passed (10+3) Diploma Examination with Mathematics as compulsory subject with at least 45% marks in aggregate- AND ALSO the candidate needs to qualify an aptitude test in architecture conducted either by NTA (i.e. JEE) or "NATA" conducted by the Council of Architecture.
