To get admission in B.Arch, you need to score minimum 50% marks in 12th with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with Computer Science / Chemistry / Biology / Engineering Drawing and two other subjects. You need to sit for an entrance exam.

Hi Jasjeet, firstly understand that B.Sc Nursing is completely different from MBBS. To get into a medical school in USA you have two options-
1. Either you have to start off again with a Bachelor's degree program with majors in subjects such Biology,Chemistry, Organic Chemistry and/or related fields. During the final year of the program you have to sit for the MCAT exam which is the medical entrance exam for admissions into a medical school in USA and some medical schools in Canada.
2. You may give the MCAT after completing B.Sc Nursing but it will not be easy as only limited US medical schools admits international students directly.
In Canada, nursing is highly regarded. You may opt for some graduate certificate courses to enhance your skills and knowledge. Honestly, most medical schools do not admit international students. You must therefore enroll for a bachelor's degree program in Canada as well but there might be an age limit so you have to find out. University of Calgary, University of Windsor are some popular choices.
Other requirements include TOEFL and/or IELTS scores.
