You will be eligible for a Masters only if you clear your backlogs in biotechnology as most colleges do not accept a candidate for Masters if they have backlogs in their past academia. There are many Masters courses which you can study after completing your Bachelors. Some of the popular courses are:
1) M.Sc
2) M.Tech
3) MCA
4) MBA
5) UPSC (Civil Services)
6) CDS exam (Defense services) etc.

It depends on you, if you can manage both properly. It is possible to pursue fashion design.
My opinion to you is to focus on your B.Com, if you are doing from a reputed college.

No, you cannot get admission directly in 2 year of D.Pharma after doing B.Pharma 1st year. D.Pharma is a doctorate degree. Person who have completed B.Pharma with 50% is eligible to do D.Pharma.
