I can understand your apprehension and angst for seeking admission for an engineering graduate course. You have received 33 percentile with 62000 plus as your ranking in category of SC. Unfortunately the cutoff for your category as announced by National testing agency is placed at 50.1760245 percentile. In view of this you are not eligible to seek admission in any of the NIT's and also you are not eligible to appear for JEE Advanced. However if your state accepts ranking of JEE Mains for giving admissions to the colleges in your state then you can definitely seek admission in one of those colleges. Best wishes to you.

But your brother has obtained the percentile with which he is above the cut off even if considered in general category. This means that he can definitely seek admission in NIT and also is eligible to appear for JEE Advanced.
