Hello,
I can understand your apprehension and angst for seeking admission for an engineering graduate course. You have received 33 percentile with 62000 plus as your ranking in category of SC. Unfortunately the cutoff for your category as announced by National testing agency is placed at 50.1760245 percentile. In view of this you are not eligible to seek admission in any of the NIT's and also you are not eligible to appear for JEE Advanced. However if your state accepts ranking of JEE Mains for giving admissions to the colleges in your state then you can definitely seek admission in one of those colleges. Best wishes to you.

No, the syllabus for Company Secretary CS and law courses are not the same. While both CS and law courses may cover some common topics such as company law, contract law, and corporate governance, the syllabus for each of these courses is unique and distinct. The syllabus for CS courses is primarily focused on the various laws and regulations that govern the functioning of a company, such as corporate laws, securities laws, and capital market regulations. It also covers topics such as company secretarial practice, corporate governance, and ethics and sustainability in business. On the other hand, the syllabus for law courses is more bro

Hello,
You actually mean non-creamy layer of OBC. Right? Because if you are in the creamy layer of OBC then there is no reservation and you are considered as in general category. But your brother has obtained the percentile with which he is above the cut off even if considered in general category. This means that he can definitely seek admission in NIT and also is eligible to appear for JEE Advanced. To help you I am attaching a link that can predict college that your brother can get based on his performance in JEE Mains. https://www.shiksha.com/engineering/jee-main-college-predictor
