I suggest do not give sole importance to placement .Brand name, cost , nearness are other relevant factors.As agri secotor always welcome person with good knowldge of agriculture.
Goverment coleges for agriculture - G.B Pant University , Uttarakhnd university of horticulture and forestry, Bharsar ( for various courses in agri and allied subjects), agriculture department GNBU, Agriculture and allied department Kumaon University
Private : Graphic Era,Doon Business School, Guru Ram Rai , Uttaranchal university
In my view, best private college( I suggest to explore more) would be graphic era , DBS,Doon Pg College.
