The selection process for the 5 years integrated Bachelor of Law (LL.B.) offered by the ILS Law College, Pune, is determined by the candidate’s performance in the Maharashtra Law Common entrance test (CET):
Eligibility Criteria
The following are the basic minimum criteria you must satisfy in order to be considered eligible to sit for the CET;
Completed 10 + 2 from a recognized board of education with not less than 45% of mark
Hold an undergraduate degree from any institution recognized by law with not less than 45% of marks (40% for SC/ST candidates)
Admission
Admission to the ILS Law College for the LL. B. course is done by the CET Cell, Mumbai on the basis of the CET score and in a through Centralized Admission Process (CAP). ILS Law College does not conduct a separate entrance examination nor is there any registration form.

The fee range for courses offered by the Indian Law Society's Law College (ILS) in Pune, India varies by course and nationality: 

• PG Diploma: Tuition fees range from INR 10,000 to INR 40,250.
• B.A. LL.B. Tuition fees are INR 1.89 lakhs. 
• LL.B. Tuition fees are INR 1.12 lakh.

• Tuition fees for students from SAARC countries: For the LL.B., tuition fees are INR 208,620 for three years. For the LL.M., tuition fees are INR 376,440 for two years. 
• Tuition fees for NRI, PIO, and foreign nationals: For the LL.B., tuition fees are INR 347,700 for three years. For the LL.M., tuition fees areINR 627,400 for two years. 

The eligibilities followed by admissions to get through ILS Law College are as mentioned below. For BA LLB, a candidate must have had 10+2 from a recognised board and must have scored at least 45% marks for open category candidates and 40% for SC/ST category candidates. Admission is strictly based on the performance of MHCET. Applications available for LLB programmes to be downloaded and completed-off line /on line 45 percent marks to pursue with a Bachelor degree As for the course LLM, applicants would be one to hold any legal degrees like LL.B with around range of the same percentages marks.
