Lloyd Business School (LBS), Greater Noida ranked 2^nd in Greater Noida and 12^th in North India by the Times B-school Survey 2021.  The flagship courses of LBS are their PGDM in 5 specializations and MBA in 6 specializations. Students can also specialize in 2 subjects in MBA. The PGDM in Business Analytics course is delivered in collaboration with IBM Certified Business Analytics Lab while the Supply Chain Management Specialization is offered in association with the Logistics Sector Skill Council of India  (LSC). Apart from that Finance specialisation is instigated in close association with NSE Academy and Human Resource Management specialisation knitted in consultation with Manpower Group. The college also runs an Executive Program and a BBA course in 2 specializations. Total course fees for PGDM range from INR 5.50 Lakhs to INR 6.75 Lakhs whereas the MBA course fee is about INR 3 lakhs.

Lloyd Business School Admission Process:

The admission criteria for Lloyd Business School involve several stages: online application, application screening, application shortlisting, and final selection.

Step 1: Lloyd Business School Application Process 2024

Candidates interested in admission to Lloyd Business School must complete the online application process. It's important to ensure that applications are submitted and the registration fee is paid within the specified timeframe.

Step 2: Lloyd Business School Application Screening & Shortlisting

After the application process concludes, candidates are shortlisted based on their fulfilment of eligibility and selection criteria. Academic records and scores in (CAT/ MAT/ XAT/ CMAT/ GMAT) are considered for shortlisting. The aspirants without national-level exam scores can appear for the LMAT entrance test conducted by the School.

Step 3: Lloyd Business School Group Discussion & Personal Interview

Shortlisted applicants are invited to engage in various assessment components, including assessing their past academic performance, participating in group discussions, undergoing personal interviews, and potentially taking a written communication test. These elements collectively contribute to the evaluation process, with different weightages assigned to each.

Step 4: Lloyd Business School Admission Confirmation

The business school will notify selected candidates via email or other means. To confirm their seat, candidates are required to pay the first instalment fee.

Candidates must meet the eligibility requirements for admission to the Lloyd Business School's BBA program, which include having a bachelor's degree in any discipline with at least 50% of the possible points for general and OBC categories and 45% for SC/ST categories. The BBA programme costs between INR 1.8 Lakhs and INR 2.8 Lakhs for two years, with a cutoff rank of 1496 for admission through UPCET in 2023. In addition, the Lloyd Business School administers the Lloyd Entrance Test (LET), an internal entrance examination for admission to the BBA program. There is no negative marking and each of the 100 objective questions carries one mark. The LET test has different cutoff scores: the General category has a higher cutoff, while the SC, ST, and OBC categories have lower cutoffs. 

When both Rabindranath Tagore University (RNTU) and SIRT Bhopal are compared:

1. While RNTU is a private university, SIRT Bhopal is a private institution. They are both accredited by the NAAC.
2. Ranking-wise, SIRT Bhopal is ranked higher. In terms of management, NIRF 2022 has it placed 151. RNTU is ranked between 201-250.

For SIRT Bhopal admission to the Institute, candidates are required to apply online through the official website of SIRT for DTE counselling. SIRT Bhopal admissions are entrance-based. During SIRT Bhopal cutoff 2022, the Round 1 and the Last Round closing ranks were 549985 and 269755,  respectively for the B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering programme.
