With just a bachelors to your profile, job opportunities would less as compared to the Masters programs, but then you can apply to the various companies depending on the vacancies and the job profile required. For this purpose you may either opt to apply to the job directly through the publish of the advertisement or you may upload your Resume on various job portals.
Other than applying for job, I would also advise you to to give a thought to pursue your Masters if you are keen to. You can look forward to MCA course through correspondence, so that you can do it in continuation to your job as well.
