There are several reasons why someone might choose to pursue an MBA. Money is certainly one of those reasons, but far from the only one.
Many people who attend full time MBA programs are career switchers. That is, they are high performing in their current job, but it isn't what they want to do. This might either be a function issue or an industry issue.
Perhaps someone is a marketer in the food industry for a company like Kraft but wants to do marketing for a high tech company like Apple. Alternately, someone might be working in supply chain for a consumer products goods company like Proctor and Gamble but would rather work in market

Hi Hemanth,
Regarding placements, every institute provide assistance to successfully pass out students. But, no institute can guarantee you placement as it entirely depends on your capabilities, utilization of skills, presence of mind, communication skills etc.
To get the exact placement status, you may directly contact the institute officials.
Hope it helps. Please feel free to revert. Click on the thumbs up or mark it as the best, if you found this useful.
Wish You Luck!
