The JNU eligibility criteria mentions academic qualification i.e, subject and qualifying marks required for admission into a programme offered in the central university. The University conducts Jawaharlal Nehru University Entrance Exam, JNUEE. You have to qualify this exam to take admission in JNU.

You can do B.Sc in areas like biology, chemistry, environmental science, botany, zoology, agriculture, biochemistry, bioinformatics, food science and nutrition, physical therapy, exercise and sports science, etc. Understand what you like and choose accordingly.

Yes, you can give MAH-CET even if u reside outside Maharashtra. You will fall under All India/OMS category. However, the cut-offs are a bit higher in this category compared to cutoffs of Maharashtra candidate.

To apply for a student visa, a student must have been accepted for admission by a university, in your case you must have been accepted by a Canadian university. Once you have the admission letter, they will also tell you the guidelines, you have to apply via the Canadian embassy and provide funds, documents etc. to obtain the student Visa.

Yes, you can apply for WBJEE as the minimum age required in WBJEE is 17 year (born before 31 dec. 2001) And, yes, I would suggest you to try COMEDK exam also, if possible (suggestion).
