Candidates seeking admission at Sanjivani K.B.P Polytechnic are required to follow the below mentioned steps:

• Candidates should fill out the Maharashtra Polytechnic Admission Form; these forms are Filled through online mode only.
• Counselling for admission is conducted by the State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra.
• Verification of Documents is a major step for which the candidate has to be physically present. Candidate must bring his original documents at the time of verification along with some photocopies.
• Students will have to fill the choices of seats after the publication of the Merit List. After this procedure, seats are allocated to the students.
• The allocation is purely based on the merit list prepared.

The seats remaining vacant, if any only in Un-Aided, Polytechnics, after offering admission to all Maharashtra candidates on the merit list will be offered to eligible candidates from states other than Maharashtra State as per the following guidelines:

• All OMS candidates will be considered as general category candidates and will have to fulfil the eligibility criteria as mentioned
• These Admissions are made based on inter merit of the OMS candidates.
• The Head / Principal of the concerned unaided institute shall effect these admissions.
• The total Number of OMS candidates so admitted should not exceed 20% of the sanctioned intake for any course in the institute.

ICT Mumbai admission intake is based on the score obtained by the candidate in various qualifying examinations like MHTCET/ JEE Main/ GPAT/ GATE/ NEET. The seats in the Institute of Chemical Technology Mumbai are allocated based on the eligibility criteria and scores obtained in competitive exams.

ICT Mumbai UG Admission Eligibility Criteria

ICT Mumbai offers an undergraduate course the candidate needs to have the minimum requirements for enrollment the eligibility criteria are mentioned below

B.Tech eligibility criteria require the candidates to have completed class 12 from a recognised board with 55% (PCM as the main subject) marks and also have a valid score of JEE Mains or Maharashtra CET score.

For B.Tech selection, the candidates must qualify for JEE or Maharashtra CET.

For B. Chem selection, the candidates must qualify for GATE or GPAT exam. 

And for getting admission to B.Pharm candidates must have qualified on the merit list. 

Institute of Chemical Technology Mumbai B.Pharm admission requires the candidates must have complete 10+2 from a recognised board with good grades, and Science as a mandatory subject.

B.Pharm selection process requires the applicants to qualify for the MH-CET entrance exam for getting admission to the B.Pharm course. This is again a state-level exam conducted by Maharastra.

Currently, NIC does not offer student accommodation on any of its campuses. Thus, international students need to arrange for accommodation before arriving in Canada. Students can either pick homestays/roomstays or go for the private rentals option. NIC recommends that students should make temporary arrangements to stay in a local motel for a week or two after they arrive.

 Sanjivani K.B.P. Polytechnic has the availability of different type of Scholarships for its students. Scholarships are provided to the deserving students as per the eligibility criteria. Some details about them are as per the following:

SC/ST students can apply for the scholarships as per which they are provided 100% scholarship on Tuition Fee. The condition is that their Family Income should be less than INR 2.5 Lakhs PA.

A fixed number of seats in each branch is reserved for the students belonging to Economically Weaker Section (EWS). But the criteria are that their Family Income should be less than INR 8 Lacs PA.

Note: The students who wish to get benefits of any Scholarship should submit the required documents as per the information provided by the college. After the verification of which, the benefits are implemented.

International applicants can avail themselves of a number of scholarships such as the English Proficiency Award, University Pathway Entrance Scholarship, Language Pathway Student Awards, International Regional Award, and Emerging Leaders of the Americas Scholarship.

English Proficiency Award: Applicants from any country can avail of this award. Students are automatically considered for this one-time scholarship which is applied to the student’s tuition and credited to the student account. Applicants who have the following scores are eligible for this award:

• Students with the overall IELTS 6.5/TOEFL iBT 80/ CAEL 60: CAD 500
• Students with the overall IELTS 7.0/TOEFL iBT 94/CAEL 67: CAD 1,000
• Students with the overall IELTS 7.5/TOEFL iBT 102/CAEL 74 or above: CAD 1,500
• Students with the overall Duolingo English Test 120 or higher: CAD 1,000

University Pathway Entrance Scholarship: An amount of CAD 2,000 is credited to the student account that covers the tuition fee. Recipients are selected based on their academic achievement. Selected students are informed one month before the start of the program.

Language Pathway Student Awards: Applicants from NIC’s Language Pathway can apply for this award. Each intake, three students are selected for this award and an amount of CAD 1,000 is conferred on each of them. An essay is required for this award’s application process.

International Regional Award: This entrance award is for applicants from regions where NIC actively and selectively recruits new students. All applicants are automatically reviewed for this award.

Emerging Leaders of the Americas Scholarship: Partner schools in ELAP-designated countries can nominate students for this scholarship. Thus, Indian students may not be eligible for this scholarship.
