You should do two courses separately, otherwise you may have to face the issue of validity etc. Do B.Ed after completing your course only. Then only it would benefit. Regards.

There is small difference between BITSAT and JEE Main syllabus. The JEE Main syllabus comprises the Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics while the BITSAT comprises the Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, English language and logical reasoning. So preparation of JEE Main can be helpful for BITSAT also but you needs to do some extra work for covering the topics of English language and Logical reasoning in case of BITSAT. There is no shortcut for success you needs to do the in depth study of whole syllabus. Focus on your strength and do not waste your time in attempting the lengthy and unknown questions.
