Hi, the best college/Universities for MBA is definitely Oxford. But it depends on a students profile. and the best for the student will depend on which University or College his profile matches well with. If you could give me a background of the student who wishes to go for MBA I will able to help you out.
For now am listing the Universities best for fresher MBA : Aberdeen, Cardiff.
Documents required to apply for admission- Class 10 and 12 marksheets and Passing certificate, sem wise or year wise marksheets, degree certificate or provsional certificate, Statement of Purpose, Letters of Recommendation(2), Work experience letters from all employers (if any), CV (if you have work ex or are applying for MBA), A copy of your passport(1st and Last Page), IELTS (6.5 min for PG courses). IELTS can be submitted later on if not already written.

Just think twice and thrice and if ur answer comes to yes then only chose MBA. Otherwise there are lot of other fields where u can make ur career in less amount of money as well as in less time as well.
First u decide whether u like to go in technical line or marketing line? If u want in technical line and u want some post graduation still u must have to get certified according with latest industry trends. If u choose Linux platform then ur current experience will also give u values. Otherwise ur present experience will get vanished. If u want to change the line then System Admin, Network Admin, Security Admin, Database Admin, Virtualization Admin, Data center Specialist are very good line to get technical and can change ur line as well.
