1. If you wish to be a teacher in school, then go for B.ED and crack Teacher Eligibility Test. Eligibility conditions are:
(a) Bachelor's Degree with 50% marks in aggregate in the 10+2+3 or 11+2+2 pattern, or with a minimum of 55% marks in aggregate in the 10+2+2 or 11+3 pattern
(b) Having studied at least two subjects at the bachelor’s degree level, to be later taken as school teaching subjects
2. Else if you aim at being a lecturer, then I would advice you to go for a regular masters degree in a relevant discipline and clear U.G.C NET conducted mainly to recruit research assistants and professors in various streams of education.
Qualifying Examination:
The candidates those who have completed their post graduation in related subjects from any recognized university are eligible for applying UGC-NET exam. The candidate must have a minimum of 55%.

Hi Vaishali, some of the biggest Investment banking firms are Goldman Sachs, J.P. Morgan, Morgan stanley, Credit Suisse, Barclays, etc and most of them are billion dollar turnover firms. So they work with governments, big corporations, Insurance firms, etc. So you will end up transacting millions of dollars for some of these organisations. Some of the Investment Bankers makes millions of dollars as salaries and some independent guys charge as high as 500 to 750 USD per hour of work. So it is not easy job but if you are successful, then remuneration is never a problem. You probably got confused with someone who sells Insurance with a Investment Banker. There is nothing wrong in becoming an Insurance agent but the quality of work what an Investment banker does is far superior than an Insurance agent. Plus salaries are sky high in the world of Investment banking.
