First you have to make decisions on two issues. You must choose the right place where your studio will be located. Also you must decide whether your radio transmitter will be placed at your studio or in a remote location.
Next, it's time to obtain a FM radio station license that will allow you to legally broadcast your signal.
There are two types of FM radio station license:
-The low power FM (Local)
-The full power FM (Commercial)
-License for Internet radio (Streaming Media)
You can start broadcasting your new radio station by obtaining at least one of the licenses mentioned.

-How will you deal with music licensing, royalties and copyright issues? Do you know that you actually have to pay for that too?
-How well informed are you on the subject of frequencies? Acquiring a license is one thing and obtaining a frequency for your radio station is a different thing. You have to fill and submit an application to request a new frequency.

Pursuing Plastic will be a good option as its a unique stream and the job opportunities for trained professionals in this field are immense, particularly with public sector organisations such as the ONGC, Oil India, polymer corporations of different states, petro-chemical research laboratories, and the Ministry of Petroleum and Chemicals.
Plastics technology and polymer sciences have attracted multi-crore investments from some of the biggest industrial houses in India. Companies like Reliance, Spic, Nocil, Finolex and others have set up plants to produce raw materials as well as research laboratories to develop new products.
Also, there are plants which develop intermediate products like PVC films of various thickness, synthetic marbles, and materials for sanitaryware and so on. Also, there is a lot of work being done to develop such plastics as also low cost polymers, which have a pilfer-proof property, for the packaging of healthcare products and medicines. Plastic waste management industry has also emerged as a parallel option for work.

Hi UCD, Dublin is ranked in the Top 150 Universities in the world and if you get an admissions, which is quite tough, you should be able to find a good job in Ireland itself with an average starting salary of 30 to 40,000 euros per year ( 20 to 30 lakhs ) . Back in India, you may not get great salaries but can expect a starting salary of 50 k per month but that again depends on your abilities and the kind of firms who get employment. In Ireland, you also get a 1 year Graduate Employment Visa at the end of the course and so you have a full 2 year time to understand the Industry in Ireland and to find a good employer.
