You can surely apply for ME (Master of Engineering) at BITS Pilani after doing BE/B.Tech from other colleges. For that, you just need to appear in an entrance examination of Higher Degree. It will be a computer-based test comprising questions from your engineering background only.

Eligibility:
Candidates with:
a) at least fifty percent marks either in the Bachelors Degree and/or in the Masters Degree in Sciences/Social Sciences/Commerce/Humanity. Bachelors in Engineering or Technology with specialization in Science and Mathematics with 55% marks or any other qualification equivalentthereto,
