You don't need to go to any specific book for the exam. Just brush up your Diploma concepts. The exam consists of basic mathematics, physics, chemistry and English questions. You'll find a list of topics that they ask from on the admissions page in the manipal.edu website.

With 94% in Class 12, you are already in a very strong position for admission to CSE at LPU. You meet the eligibility criteria easily (60%+ with PCM), so getting admission is not a problem.

For LPUNEST, there is no strict “fixed cutoff” for CSE admission, but generally:

  • You just need to qualify the exam to secure admission
  • A score around 150–200+ out of 400 is considered good
  • Higher marks can help you get better scholarships (up to 40–50% or more)

In many cases, with such high board marks, you may also get direct admission or good scholarship benefits, even if LPUNEST is mainly used for scholarship improvement.
