Dear Shweta,
You can definitely go for Biomedical Science. These days many of the universities like LPU, SRM, Manipal, etc. Offering B.Tech too in Biomedical Science. Some of them offer admission just on the basis of tests like JEE and some offer admission on the basis of their own tests. Some offer you direct admission too on the basis of your marks in previous qualifying exam. All these are world-class universities with modern infrastructure and good placements. Few of them offer scholarships too. So, you can check the websites of these universities to know the course and fee details. Best of luck to you.

I'm sorry to say this. But, it's not possible in CSE or ECE with 22812 in Eamcet. You have to score below 10000. Another alternative for you is that you can choose some other branch instead CSE/ECE. Only if you don't want to change a college.
