For getting a seat in IITs, you need to qualify JEE Advance.
You can get admission in private colleges like Amity University, Sharda University, Lovely Professional University, Galgotia University etc with this score in JEE Mains.

IPM Indore, till last year, conducted an Aptitude Test for admissions into the Five-Year programme. BCA B.Sc BA are graduation courses, which you can complete in three years only and you will get your graduation certificate. In these courses, you study only the basics of computer Science. While in BE or B.Tech, you will get full knowledge about the computer programming languages. It will take four years and cover almost all the subjects of computer Science engineering. Chances of getting a job is more in B.Tech courses. Best of luck.

This link will tell about your eligibility criteria that IIT JAM is not necessary but if you are not eligible on this basis then there will be written test would.be taken.
IIT Jam cut-off range may lie between 14 -16.

You can try for NIT Patna, NIT Durgapur, IIEST Shibpur etc. In government colleges. In private colleges, you can get admission in Amity University, Shardha University, Lovely Professional University, Galgotia University Etc. For Bachelor of architecture courses. Best of luck.
