DDU College (Dr. D.Y. Patil College of Engineering or any other DDU you might mean) usually follows the state or university admission rules for B.Tech courses. Most government or government-aided colleges don't have a separate management quota like private colleges do.
For Chemical Engineering, admission is based on entrance exams like MHT CET or JEE Main through regular counselling.
