If your primary concern is ROI, PUMBA (Department of Management Sciences) offers a better ratio due to its significantly lower government-subsidised fees (approx. INR 1.3–INR 1.5 lakhs) compared to SSPU's tuition fees of INR 4.75 Lacs to INR 13.39 lakhs. But SSPU marks higher average placement packages (around INR 8-10 LPA) compared to mid-tier private colleges in the region, which may justify the higher upfront cost for students seeking specialised skill sets.

The primary difference is the focus on practical learning. SSPU follows a "learning by doing" model with a 70% focus on practical application and mandatory yearly internships. Colleges like MIT-WPU and the Indira Institute of Management also offer industry exposure; but they follow a more conventional semester system with a single summer internship.
