I would suggest you to go for BBM if you want to focus your studies at a managerial level. BBM aims at developing the individual's managerial skills and creating well rounded individuals by educating them in a range of diverse subject areas that provide an integrated view of managerial issues and be able to apply the knowledge imparted in real life situations.
Whereas if you are interested more on analytical and logical oriented studies, then BMS would be a good option for you. Students can specialise in Marketing, Finance, HRM, Management of Services, Management of global Business & Tourism Management etc.

Well,droping one year can only be right step iff u r keen interested in iit,as u know,it will need continuous effort for one year to score good in iit 2015 & if u r fully confident,then why not?its a big deal.but hard work will ultimately lead to success,no doubt
if u don't drop,then also u can get good colleges,
but iit is big name,so.u should hear tour inner voice & interest and then decide.
