If you are good with your technical then you should definitely go for M.Tech, but if you want to change your stream and you are good with your communication skills then MBA is also a good option. Yes you can get admission but only in B.com not in hons, because for admission in Hons course maths is mandatory at 10+2 level.

It is not necessary to sit for all 5 subjects for improvement exam. Admission in NIT's is based on PCM score and hence you can sit for the improvement of these subjects.
