Hello Ravi Saddala, normally speaking any government or other advertisement normally allows final year students to appear for such entrance examinations and interviews also. But then again they normally specify that if the results are not declared by a particular date then your candidature will be declared as null and void. In view of this, I would recommend that please go through the advertisement meticulously and look for such announcements or points in the advertisement. In some cases however, the agencies insist that only those candidates can apply who already have passed the qualifying examination and can upload the mark list or Certificate of the same.
