Minimum qualification required for being T.G.T (Biology) is B.Sc.( zoo/bot/biotech/microbiology) + B.Ed. ; Schools prefer to hire M.Sc (zoo/bot/biotech/microbiology) and are available also in plenty. Now a days getting jobs in GOOD REPUTED WELL PAYING SCHOOLS is difficult with just graduation.
It is not impossible, you may try and may be you will have to compromise with pay scale, designation, status of appointment etc. Luckily if you keep trying there are many schools which value TALENTS, and your demo lecture as interview could be so impressive that you may be offered more than your expected salary.

First you should join NIOS so as to clear your high school and then try to complete the bridge course of 6 months of IGNOU ( i.e. called BPP ) and you will be eligible to complete your graduation even when you are not 12th standard passed. Now the problem is of Mathematics in which you will not be eligible to have a major but you can opt some papers of Mathemetics and also you can check it on the web site of IGNOU. Moreover, the degrees under OUS are well recognized.Regards/
