Yes it is good its depend on you in which course you are interested.
If you are interested in mba-insurance and banking then go for it. It is good and today's world there are more job in banking sector, so it is a good option.
And yes it is ugc approved and you will get the degree of amity university and in ABS there are courses like MBA- General, HR etc.so not an issue. ASIBA is.also good.
