The GATE cutoff for RGUKT Andhra Pradesh in 2023 can be different for each M.Tech specialisation and the candidates can be divided into different categories as well. Cutoff scores often depend on the number of students, number of places and the standard of the entrance test.

 Category-Based Cutoffs: Cutoff is different maybe for General, OBC, SC and ST categories. Generally, the cutoffs of the reserved categories are lower as compared to the General category. 
 
 Previous Trends: The cutoff marks can be estimated by looking at the GATE cutoffs of the previous years as it may vary year by year depending upon the factors discussed above.

The list of the documents are :

• SSC/Equivalent marks certificate issued by the respective board.

• Candidates seeking admission under the SC/ST/BC category shall produce a caste/community certificate as proof issued by the competent authority.

• EWS category candidates shall produce an EWS certificate, issued in 2023 or 2024 (not older).

• Physically Handicapped (PH) candidates shall produce the documents supporting the same, issued by competent authority.

• Children of Armed Forces (CAP) and NCC reservation candidates will be required to provide certificates. (if applicable)

• Sports category and Bharat Scouts and Guides candidates are to bring the relevant certificates to proof the same.

The application fee for RGUKT Andhra Pradesh is:

• Rs. 1000 for NRI and students from outside Andhra Pradesh and Telangana
• Rs. 300 for BC, EWS, and OC candidates
• Rs. 200 for SC and ST candidates 

 The application fee can be paid online or in cash at an AP online service center.

AP RGUKT Eligibility Criteria-

 Educational Qualification: Candidates must have passed the SSC Examination recognized by the governments of Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, CBSE, ICSE, or any other recognized board.

Age Limit: There are no age restrictions for applicant.

Seats: 85% of seats are reserved for local candidates from Andhra Pradesh, and the remaining 15% are open to students from Andhra Pradesh and Telanganas.

• Shortlisted candidates are called for counseling, where they must bring original documents for verification. These typically include educational certificates, GATE scorecard, identity proof, and other relevant documents.
• Seats are allotted based on the merit list, availability of seats, and candidate preferences.

No you can not get direct admission at RGUKT. The admission in the college is based on exam AP EAMCET. You need to take the this exam and then the admission is done after the counselling.

• AP EAMCET Counselling 2024 has ended with the seat allotment result declaration of the third or final Round for admission to the BTech course.
• The GATE 2025 registrations are open for admission to the M.Tech course and the last registration date without late fee is Sep 26, 2024. Further, the GATE 2025 exam will be conducted on Feb 1, 2, 15, and 16, 2025.
