As per your profile I would suggest you to accept the job offer and work for atleat 2-3 years and then opt for full time MBA or PGDM program.
The advantage of this step would be:
- You will gain relevant work experience.
- After working for few years you would know which specialization to opt in MBA that can further enhance your career prospects.
