I don't know about other institutes, but at BKSBM, there is an evening program for working professionals which would give you MBA degree with a specialization in either of finance, marketing, operations and HR. Yes, your Masters should definitely earn you some points with the admissions department in Leibniz University, as you have already completed your Masters in a discipline. However, other aspects of your application like your undergraduate field of study should be strong as well. Top universities take into account your work experience, college where you graduated from, etc.
