In the BHU entrance exam for B.Com the category of "physically challenged" is typically reserved for individuals with certain disabilities that affect their mobility, hearing, or vision beyond a certain degree. A low vision of -4.5 indicates that the person has some degree of myopia or nearsightedness, but it is unlikely to be classified as a physical disability for the purposes of the BHU entrance exam. However, it's always best to check with the BHU authorities or the exam conducting body to determine if your specific condition qualifies as a physical disability for exam accommodations.

However, there's a condition to it- the student has to maintain a minimum grade point average of 6 CGPA, in order to sit for campus placements. But there's one thing to be sure of I. e. you'll get a good package if your appearing in the campus placements. For instance, my seniors from ASCO got a very healthy package this year, in the campus placement. Overall, Amity Gwalior is good in terms of campus placements.
