In the BHU entrance exam for B.Com the category of "physically challenged" is typically reserved for individuals with certain disabilities that affect their mobility, hearing, or vision beyond a certain degree. A low vision of -4.5 indicates that the person has some degree of myopia or nearsightedness, but it is unlikely to be classified as a physical disability for the purposes of the BHU entrance exam. However, it's always best to check with the BHU authorities or the exam conducting body to determine if your specific condition qualifies as a physical disability for exam accommodations.
