The admission criteria for BDS - Bachelor of Dental Surgery at Sardar Patel Post Graduate Institute of Dental and Medical Sciences is as follows:
* AGE: A candidate must have completed the age of 17 years at the time of admission or should be completing it by the 31st December of the year of Admission for the 5 year degree course of B.D.S.
* QUALIFICATION AND ADMISSION CRITERIA:
- As per Government of India Guidelines all candidates must have qualified the National Entrance Eligibility Test (NEET).
- The NEET UG 2020 eligibility criteria is the set of norms prescribed by the conducting authority, i.e. the National Testing Agency (NTA).
- In order to be eligible for NEET, candidates must qualify 12th class examination with Chemistry, Biology, Physics and English subjects.
- For General category candidates, it is mandatory to score 50% marks in 12th grade, whereas SC/ST/OBC category candidates must score 40% marks to become eligible for NEET.
