I have already shared the name of the companies. I would request you to make a Google search using relevant keywords keeping in mind your criterion.
Also there is a difference between a Financial Associate and Financial Analyst. The Financial Associate assists in determining and negotiating financial aspects of mergers and acquisitions while Financial Analyst helps with investment tools, asset valuation, portfolio management & wealth planning.
MBA Finance is good enough. However, you can always look up to certifications that can help you upgrade your skills in order to hold higher positions in the organization.

*Gathers and interprets financial data in order to assist in corporate financial decisions.

3. The salaries vary. However, you can begin with 35-40k which will grow with both time and experience.

Every university has its own course specific eligibility criteria for admission, in order to know the exact eligibility criteria it would be always advisable to browse through the university's website you wish to apply.
Overall, all the universities in Switzerland where the mode of education is English, there all the international students, whose first or native language is not English have take either TOEFL or IELTS to prove their English proficiency.
However, please remember since Switzerland is a non English speaking country, and German is widely spoken in Switzerland, so it would be always advisable to do some basic level German language course before leaving for Switzerland.
