No, admission to BTech at NIT Jalandhar is only through JEE Main. Aspirants fulfilling the eligibility requirements can fill out the JEE application form by visiting the NTA website (nta.ac.in). Candidates shortlisted on JEE score must take part in JoSAA counselling for seat allotment. If seats are left vacant after JoSAA, then those are filled through CSAB counselling.
