Hi Manna,
This specialization is not a very common specialization to find. Very few universities offer such unconventional specializations online. The only two universities which I know of are Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and the University of Maryland’s Smith School of Business which is starting this specialization. Please visit university websites for details. You will however find MS programs in these areas, you can use this link to find out:

Education fee is very nominal in German universities. The cost of living in Germany is very high. German government allows students to work 20 hours per week to subsidize their living expenses. If you are able to get a job along with your studies then cost of MS in Automobile Engineering will be literally nil.

Hi,
Your grades are good but firstly check if ITI diploma is accepted, you may not be eligible for a Bachelor's degree. You can however look for advanced diplomas, etc. Many options are available. Proactively email the colleges, popular ones you can try are Humber, George Brown, Durham, Fleming, Algonquin, etc. The specific course choice is up to you, you have to know what you want and choose accordingly.

Hi Omkar,
Scholarships are given on merit basis, it is decided by the university and varies from case to case. Chances are very low for MBA because MBA programs require work experience, it is less likely that you will even get admission into MBA. MIM is a good choice for fresher, you can also check MS Management. Check any university website, go through the financial aid section for details.

And for this particular university, i.e. K.L. University may be the same as they are also in search of students and yes difference may lie if they are looking for scholar (good) students then there might be different procedure like writte
