Both the colleges are good but please remember selecting a particular institute depends on your personal preference however you may consider some of the below mentioned points while selecting a institute to pursue MBA program.
1. Accreditation of the institute.
2. Institute's infrastructure.
3. Teaching faculty.
4. Specialization offered.
5. Past placements records.
6. Tuition fees.
7. City preference.
8. Industry interface.
In order to get detailed information regarding course curriculum, placements, faculty members etc it would be always advisable to browse through the official website of this institute where you wish to pursue MBA.

Ideally for MS your scores should be 80+. With a 80+ you can apply to good Universities. There are Colleges in Canada that may accept a score of 77. I doubt for Universities. first of all complete your Graduation there are lots of Option you can go with like M.sc in similar subject in which you have specialization or you can go with any professional courses if you have interest in it
M.sc Biotechnology have broad career prospects like Teaching, researcher, scientist after doing PHD
