Are you are still in college ? If yes then good, you have a good CGPA score and keep continue on that and if not then still it is a good score. you can apply in any company which you like but some reputed companies considers 10th and 12th score as well for screening the candidates for further interview rounds.
These companies may put you in low spirit but don't worry there are plenty of other companies which only considers candidates graduation score, if candidate is exceptionally good or done good in his graduations.
So first get a good score in graduation and be strong in aptitude and reasoning.
Second make yourself strong in Data Structure, C programming logics if C language interests you or you can choose Java or any other programming language which you like.
Get a specialised certificate in that programming language like oracle certification for Java and Create and design your college project yourself, don't copy it, if you are copying it, just recode it by yourself and understand its internals well.
Give good attention on your communication skill and presentation skills.
I am suggesting you all this because you are fresher and you have no industry experience to advertise and there are plenty of candidate in the competition with the same skill set. There are MCA, B.TECH, M.TECH, BSC, which creates a very tough competitions. so you have to perform out of the crowd. And believe me there is no role of 10th and 12th in job after 2 or 3 years down the line.
As a fresher hit every opportunity that suits you and your score, skill set.
