Hello Swaraj,
This time, since everything has changed, so this year percentile has been given instead of raw score, so as to remove the clash between two candidates to make ranking easier. So, from this time, you will not get raw marks. You will get percentile and for rank in JEE Mains, the best of two marks will be considered and then rank will be decided after April exam. So, till then no need to worry start your preparations again and get better percentile in April exam. So, till April exam result you will not get your rank. Good luck.

You need to give an entrance exam for getting admission to top institutions private or government. Further, there are many eligibility exams, which you can give admission like CAT MAT GMAT ATMA etc. These are nationalized exams, but some of the institute have their own exams for eligibility like symbiosis, BVP etc. Further, you have to be eligible for getting admission to these top colleges. Feel free to call on given details above. And, getting a post-graduation degree from a lower level college is not a good option, as this will be your last chance to get the advantage and get into your career with a good start.

Yes, you can get admission to college, but get seat in top colleges like IIMS, and others it is impossible. But, you can try for other private college which provide you seat under institutional quota. But, for those also you need to be eligible. The eligibility criteria for every college is different.
