The objective of The All India Bar Examination AIBE is to examine an advocate's capability to practice the profession of law in India. The AIBE will assess skills at a basic level, and is intended to set a minimum benchmark for admission to the practice of law; it addresses a candidates analytical abilities and understanding basic knowledge of law. After passing the examination candidate will be awarded "Certificate of Practice" by the Bar Council of India. This exam is applicable only for enrolled advocates. Enrolment number/certificate issued by any state bar council is mandatory for application to this examination. Additional Instructions for disabled/physically challenged candidates :
1. Candidates with 50% or more disability under specific category like blindness, amputated arms will be given 20 minutes extra time per hour.
2. Candidates under this category are required to upload a self-attested copy of their disability Certificate.
3. Candidates are required to carry their disability Certificate on the day of examination as well.
4. In case disability Certificate is not uploaded during the registration process or before the release of admit card, no extra time will be provided. So from above there is no such restrictions and you can take the benefits of your disability after obtaining the appropriate disability Certificate.

Admission to the M.Com General programme at DU SOL will be granted on the basis of the entrance exam and on the basis of merit. The eligibility criteria for M.Com at DU SOL is that the candidate should have completed their graduation in Commerce or Management with a minimum of 40% marks. However, another source mentions that a student who has scored below 50% in graduation may not be eligible for regular M.Com from DU. Therefore, candidates are advised to check the official website of DU SOL or contact the admission cell of the university for more information on the admission process, eligibility criteria, courses offered, fees, cutoff, and other relevant details.
