Since you are already working, you are gathering ample experience which is a equivalent to doing MBA in Pharma.
If you do general MBA, you will get ample opportunity to interact with students from other discipline, thereby broadening your viewpoints. You will then be able to see from others' viewpoint, and will get more mature. Hence, it is better to do general MBA.This will strengthen your concepts of management, without having a prejudice on completing MBA from pharma point of view.

Hi Soumitra,
Keeping in mind your interest in communication/English, you can opt for either Journalism or PR / Corporate Communication.
Starting with Journalism, I would say Journalism as a career is very challenging and requires a lot of hard work and patience. To become a good journalist you need to have a good command over English, Hindi and your regional language. Apart from good English you also have to be a good listener and an interpreter, so that you are able to convey exactly what is important for the people and how will it effect them. With this percentage, it is difficult to be eligible for MBA.However, heavens will not fall just because you do not have the required percentage. Look for alternate sources of qualification, like a post graduate diploma. In many organisations, graduation with diploma + some years of experience is considered as good as a post graduate--but that depends upon your quality of work and the results which you display.
