The minimum qualifications for entering to the course of study shall be the passing of standard IX from a school recognized by the Department. Candidates who have undergone a full course of instructions by attending a recognized Typewriting / Shorthand Institutions for the purpose of the Examination in the subject or subjects which he desires to offer at the examination for the period at least four months or eighty office hours are eligible to appear for the said Examination, prior to the date of application.
